What are Gems?
You spend Gems to make decks: 15 Gems for every 10 slides. Plan Gems last until your plan period ends; top-up Gems never expire.
Can I upgrade or switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade any time. Your current plan ends right away, with no refund, and the new plan starts. To move to a lower plan, wait until your current plan ends.
How do I cancel?
Email admin@scalpelxlab.com. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is UPI available?
Yes. Choose India at the top right to pay in rupees by UPI, card or net banking.
Can I rely on the slide content?
Slides are written by AI for teaching, and each deck lists the guidelines it draws on. Always check doses and cut-offs against current guidelines before you present.
